NCC Activities 2015-16

International  Yoga  Day  Camp:

A   special  camp  on  yoga  training  was  attended   by  our  cadets     on   the  International   Yoga  Day  on  21.06.2015.The  camp  was  conducted  in  AVS  Arts  college , Salem.It  was  a  two   day  training  camp  in  which  training  was  given  in  20.06.2015  and   the  demo   was  given  in  21.06.2015  .The  yoga  was  done  by  NCC  Cadets  all  over  the  country  in  the  same  time  and  created  a  limca  record by   the  instructio.36  cadets  from  our  college   participated  in  this   camp  and  learned  basic  yoga  training.

Independance  Day  Celebration

The   69^th  Independence  day  celebration   was  celebrated  in  our  college  on  15.08.2015.The  Function  was  organized  and  conducted  by  National  Cadet  Corps.100  cadets   actively  took  part  in  this  celebration  and   drill demo  was  done  by  the  cadets  and  the  best  cadets  were  honored  in  this  function.

NCC  First  Year  Cadets   Inauguration

There   was   a   selection   for   the   new enrollment   of the   cadets   in our college   by  PI  staff   from  the  Battalion. The  cadets  were  selected  based  on  physical   and  medical  test  and  27  new  cadets  were  enrolled. Their   welcoming ceremony was done on 1.09.2015.

Combined  Annual  Training  Camp

The  Combined  Annular  Training  Camp   was   conducted  in  Notre  Dame  Holy  Cross  School,Salem.10  senior   cadets  and  12  junior  cadets  totally  22  cadets  attended  this  Combined  Annular  Training  Camp. The  Cadets   were  given  training  in  drill, weapon handling, firing, obstacle  and   musketry.
